Edit: So I went on Amazon and spent my $25. I did what you guys said and didn't buy That Scrooge Mc Duck book and got some volumes of Berserk.

Dragon Age 3 finished! final battle was so bad it glitched and didnt' let anyone in my party outside of who i was controlling do damage, and also made it so the second battle the guy didn't attack me and i got him down to 1hp and then it took 3 minutes for the next scene to start.

I might have to find the DA 3 thread to fully complain about everything terrible in this game....because there is so much.

His name is Sleeplessnights. But in England there is a slang word for sleeping which is to take a Kipp. So we call him kipless.

I have almost 70 hours in DA:I and I'm still loving it... I haven't played a Bioware "RPG" since Baldur's Gate, though, so maybe I'm not as burnt out on it as some of y'all are.

I'm interested in reading the issues people have with it, so I'll check out the thread linked earlier.

BTW, thanks for all of the suggestions, y'all... I'm going to finalize my order later tonight.

No, that was when they got together. Jean was emotionally unavailable when Scott needed her, so Emma snatched him up. Not before playing some psychic mindgames first, though.

Finished Uncanny X-Force 1-4 (first arc I believe?), Fantomex is cold blooded damn O_O

His powers are weird, is he a telepath, but linked to a spaceship or something? What a intriguing character that's for sure

His power is misdirection, which I suppose is like telepathy. He can make people see what he wants them to see, and the mask he wears has dampening plates that keeps the telepaths out of his head. Man of mystery and all that.

and yes, he and Eva are connected, she's like an external nervous system. She feels pain, he will feel pain, that kind of thing. They have a symbiotic relationship from their time in the World, which is a place you learn about in the next story arc.

Don't be discouraged to give it a shot due to the complaints... try it out for yourself and see what you think! There are plenty of us that are really enjoying it.

You can easily avoid pretty much all of the fetch quests, since you level up pretty well just doing the stuff that is/feels important. If you're a completionist, you might not be able to resist the urge to move on from the Hinterlands. (Please don't waste too much time there.)

Also, it doesn't help that apparently the villain in da3
is from the DA 2 dlc? I never played that, so it was just another da-lore thing that i wasn't familiar with that is being told to me as really important
. I'd give DA 3 a solid 6/10 for being addictive, having good characters, i like the battle format even though the combat tactics have been completely nerfed for a.i. management, but the story is flawed and there are a lot of small things that bog the game down. Now, report back to me when you're done, you know where to find me.

Two quick fixes to save DA 3:

Don't tie the war room agent send-offs to timers or the war table.
Don't tie weapon crafting/modifying to behind a door in your castle later on so that you need to go through a loading screen twice just to do anything there.

longer fixes: make the story and sidequests more character focused and based on the alliance you are building.

I also presume i have to drag my barrier across the screen all the time is because the a.i. thinks mages are right next to the action so this wouldn't be annoying.

Oh i'll still play it. I probably will just drop it if i stop liking it (or if it never clicks) though. Don't really have a problem with doing that, i got too many other things to watch/read/play

After 2 hours of halo 5 beta I finally stumbled into a triple kill that chained to a killing spree. #pro. I'm stopping on a high note. My lovely -3.1 KDA rating will have to stay.

Thor #2: This should have been Thor #1,it feels like the start of something, has a different tone from whisper thor, and not pushing the contents of #1 into Thor #25 did a disservice to the character's start but that probably won't matter in the long run unless everyone dropped it after the first issue. I'm not sure if i like the Roxxon CEO yet or if he's just a cliched evil business guy, but his dialog is snappy. Random girly hijinx in frost giant crushing form/10.

I haven't read many comics though I definitely liked The Killing Joke, and loved Watchmen and Sandman. So I guess I'm interested in reading the essentials or classics, any recommendations on what to pick up from this sale?
