Squadron Supreme #15
So that's it? That's all we got? All that time spent reading, and that's all anyone has to show for it? Let's recap all the hanging plot threads:
-Zarda having a secret space empire that the "real" Power Princess is trying to take down
-the impending apocalyptic battle between Nighthawk and Hyperion
-Dr. Spectrum's potential Inhumanity and the mysterious origin of her powers, which she decided to visit the Inhumans to figure out
-Hyperion's driving a truck across the country
-Blur is an Agent of SHIELD
-Hammond's powers are changed
-Secret Skrull army (the Nighthawk poser) possibly tied to Zarda
-Time travel plot
-Thundra did nothing. Ever.
I did enjoy this book a lot even though I didn't read the first chunk (Namor and Weirdworld), but I really liked it a lot. Now I hate it. Even the good parts can'y be redeemed due to the fact that it goes fucking nowhere. I don't think a book has ever made me more upset. Fuck this book. It's trash. And no, I'm not going to spoiler the ending. It's over a week old and isn't worth anyone's time. The group breaks up and nothing happens.
Venom #3
I think I'm done. I don't like this character, and because of the actual Venom symbiote, I only feel sad. Everyone's an angry dickbag and a terrible person, except for the symbiote, and he's being torn up. I want my Space Knight back.
CAGE! #4
That was pretty good. As a whole, this book was funny, had great action, and it's rare that you see a comic use the medium it's a part of to the fullest extent. I wish it was a bit longer, but short and sweet ensures that it wasn't disappointing, as it never had a chance to be.
