Read the first Lazarus trade. That was something... Not sure I want to continue. Everyone seems like a really shitty person in it.
What? But Forever is so awesome!
My own personal predictions for the future
She's going to turn on her family, duh

I should point out that I only received 10 votes for the best comics of May, which is not a lot compared to previous months; quite a few regulars in this thread didn't vote at all. So, if you think "my vote doesn't count" then I urge you to reconsider, because honestly it wouldn't take much.
That's why i dropped it, it was too depressing and grim for me. Issue 8 was a bit better though, i'm just not sure it's a world i want to read a comic in. ^^^ I do like Forever too.
Oh man Bloodspell was so good guys.

Yup! Makes me wish we could start voting for OGN's..

Save us Amanda Conner and Jimmy.
I miss long hair Selina.
Totally agree, Gotham City Sirens was soooo good.
I never had a chance to read that series, but I really want too. Good thing DC is releasing collected editions of it starting this fall.
XDBased off our similar interests, I really think you would have a blast with it.
XD
That panel is hilarious.
I feel like that panel represents Messi and the rest of ComicsGAF is Selina, Ivy and Talia.
Who is Joe Quinoa and why is his art so damn good on Bloodspell? His facial expressions are perfect.
Reading Spider-Man: Family Business and Black Canary and Zatanna: Bloodspell back-to-back made me truly appreciate how great Bloodspell is. DC needs Dini, man.
Bii you betrayed us! If only... We could have defeated the Batman.
Ah yes, thank you. It's also a reminder that the two people who championed that book have left ComicsGAF seemingly forever!I feel the need to remind you guys that the Six-Gun Gorilla TPB comes out June 11th.

Is Inhuman any good? Because dat art...
Not as far as I know. They just... disappearedDid we ever find out why they left us?
The unpublished pages from the original Noghtwing 30 are up here: http://wednesdaysheroes.com/nightwing-30/#!prettyPhoto

James Tynion and Meghan Hetrick.
Edit whoops- those are the original creators of Nightwing 30.
The two the championed SGG here on GAF were la Maquinin and acid08.
Just awful. I can see why the whole thing was scrapped. I mean, where are the savage beatings? Where's the blood? The unpublished pages from the original Noghtwing 30 are up here: http://wednesdaysheroes.com/nightwing-30/#!prettyPhoto

Maybe they ran out of things to say in GAF's monthly Catwoman and Harlequin thread.

You don't like?
What a weird list.

Do not agree.
I started reading comics this week (1991 x-men) and I really had no idea I would enjoy it so much. They are really cheap, but the shipping adds up. Can see myself building up a collection in the future.
You should consider subscribing to Marvel Unlimited digital comics service. It's $10/month or $70/year for access to 13 000 back issues as recent as 6 months ago.
just ordered uncanny avengers volume 2 and 3. one is a paperback and one is a hardcover. #idontgiveaphuck

Much prefer having the actual book to read.
