I've defragmented, scanned ofor viruses, and spyware so far. But, my computer seems to be running a little slow...and when I go into disc cleanup, it just stalls indefinitely until I cancel it. Any ideas how to make my pc run faster?

When you try to do a disc cleanup and it stalls it's usually not a good sing and means that you do have a trojan or something.
It seems to me like you either need to use a different av or to format your computer
You may also try some free online av and probably have to clean your viruses manually.

I have never scanned this computer (3 years) and I don't have any anti-virus software. Let's find out if I was a dumbass!

My Disk Cleanup wasn't working but I just followed the instructions on the following link and it worked fine.

I'm not sure if it will make your computer go faster but it's worth a try.
