Yeah, I'm ghetto like that. If I want to exchange files between computers, would it be harmful to my computer(s) and/or iPod to have them hooked up at the same time?

nope works like a charm. make sure that itunes isnt set to auto configure your ipod though, I forget the settings, but you can accidently have it so that the itunes with the empty library wipes your ipod for you. for song swapping you need a 3rd party program to extract the songs from the ipod I think. you can just browse the ipod as a drive but the file names are meaningless. copypod works for me, just follow the instructions clearly.

Seeing as this is an ipod thread, I decided to use the clear feature on my ipod and get rid of everything. However, my computer now things it's an external harddrive and iTunes doesn't detect it as an Ipod, what do I do to fix this?

:lol

:lol , yeah stole it from some punk. Had a bunch of ghey shiat on it.

But seriously, this is a problem. My ipod had a whole mess of game music that I had no interest in anymore, so just cleaning the bitch out was the easiest way to get rid of them all.

Yeah, but now I need to put my non-ghey shit on it but the fucking computator think it's an external hardrive. Technology sucks.
