For others to see them you might want to host them on something like minus.
Come on, guys, there's way too much Most Wanted on Wii U in here. It's not that impressive looking.
Dat shadow map offset...
I'll get to them soon.I would love to see some screens from the MP of Killzone.

A few of those shots looks better than some from Rivals, but no one has a problem with more Rivals pics showing up. Why must you people act like this, where Wii U is concerned? damn...
That's really weird; I guess other can't see my previous post as well. I will use minus from now on. I posted the below earlier but guess they didn't go through.
I think many are happy to see stuff like Mario, Pikmin, etc. but year old ports like NFS or Deus Ex? Most people have played/seen those games and the image quality is terrible.

I feel the same way.

wii u shots are making this thread obsolete
5. Critique and be opinionated about games/shots, but don't threadshit. This is not the place for you to moan about how all Wii U screenshots drag the thread quality down, or how ugly all Xbox One titles are. Be fucking nice for once in your life.
So Flower shots should not be posted as well? 'Cause we had those, too. That game is even older.
I don't see the problem with this. If you have a shot of a game that looks great then why not post it? Or is this only for viral marketing to collect screens to show off to friends? Don't see the issue here.
Flower is a bad example as this is the first time we see the game in 1080p. Haven't seen any Flower shots though, but I am not following the thread extremely closely. Anyway, posting Wii U shots is perfectly fine in this thread, just don't expect huge hype for old multiplatform games.
Actually, NFS: MWU uses the PC's textures, lighting and draw distance. There have already been many side by side comparisons between The WiiU and 360 versions. Nothing I can say to defend Dues Ex though.
... The skyline looks like Montréal!! Holy crap that's so cool!
Why not? If they're direct frame buffer captures straight from gameplay itself, why shouldn't people take it as indicative of how the game looks in actual gameplay? If anything the game will look better in real life with more macro detail due to being compression free. But these "gameplay" captures are absolutely representative of actual in-game visuals.
Honestly, your point seems completely amiss. Photomode and in-game captures are a world apart. Stop trying to downplay the relevance of the latter in defence of the former.
Even your point about the PC thread being better for that is missing the point. Most people can't or won't be running PC games looking the way they do in that high-res screenshots thread. Every single person with a Wii U, PS4 or Xbox One will be running games looking exactly like (minus the compression) the gameplay captures in this thread.
I feel like going for a swim now.So peaceful...
Do want
Not sure if this counts (took video with my capture card). If it doesn't or is too big a GIF, I'll remove.
Not sure if posting an album is considered breaking the rules or not, but I took screenshots of the beginning of every level in Super Mario 3D World, because I think the intro set pieces in the game are beautiful.

I still love the lighting and difficulty of this game.
ZombiU
Yup, me too. I've always liked the 'dirty camera lens' thing going on, a nice design decision imo. I'm pretty sure Ubisoft will continue their work on the sequel sometime next year once the likes of Super Mario 3D World and Mario Kart 8 have boosted the Wii U's installed userbase enough to make it viable. ZombiU should do over 1m sales during its lifetime I reckon.
I don't know about that logic. I was under the impression that "well done" bullshots were NOT touched up in photoshop, but rather were randered at a much higher resolution with AA added. It's something that the machine can do, but not at anything close to a playable framerate.
Is this not pretty much the same thing this "photo mode" is doing?
The shots are not indicative of actual gameplay, or even in-game cutscenes, therefore I'm on the side of saying they shouldn't be included here. If they are, labeling definitely shoudl be mandatory.
