Yeah the WiiU games do look quite nice, it must be nice for WiiU fans for the WiiU to be finally considered as ''next gen'', and there taking full advantage of this thread.
So there can be a PS4 screenshot thread but there cant be a PS4+X1 screenshot thread.

No, that thread is focused on the PS4 sharing feature, so this includes everything from screens to gameplay videos and pretty much everything the share button can do. Wii U also had a screenshot sharing thread as well here http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=688391
I think it was the intent of your thread. The threads that I have shown you pretty much say "Come here and post your PS4 stuff" or "Come here and post your Wii U stuff" while your thread was pretty much "Post PS4 and XB1, don't you fucking dare post Wii U stuff!"
Those threads had a main purpose of sharing stuff from those respective consoles while your thread's main purpose was to exclude one.

Those Bowser fight shots up there look terrific, but they'd look so much better with some quality AA. Some of those spikes look spikier than they should. Even stair stepping on the edges of the smoke.
Such awesome marred by minor technical hitches.

Thanks, it's becoming a pain in the ass in the last few days to take screenshots thanks to the X1's upscaler.
Wow. I'm looking at this thread on my Surface Pro, and the screens look stunning. So much better than my work laptop, and my home laptop. The Surface Pro just has an amazing screen, with some great color contrast and the resolution is very sharp. It's like looking into a giant Vita screen.

Lack of easy screenshot functionality is one thing, but I'm still amazed they made that big of a mistake with the upscaler. Something that will never show your games in the best light is just... wow.
I am trying everything, altering the X1's settings and my monitor, and this is one of the better DR3 screens I came up with so far:

Dead Rising 3 doesn't come off great in screenshots but when you're playing the game it can be seriously impressive. Thousands of zombies, all decently detailed, great lightning(your weapons can often cast light as well), clothing that folds/reflects things, incredible blood splatter and so on. The IQ hurts the game, especially on highways, but there were quite a few times where I was very impressed.

I might have temporarily preferred this thread, because every time I look at this thread, I run the risk of spoiling SM3DW haha. I'm only in world 3 so far. Other than that, it's a bad thread.

While a part of me can understand the Wii U stuff, at the end of the day, I like looking at the Wii U screenshots (in particular Super Mario 3D World, which, almost single handedly, has sold me on a Wii U), so I don't see the problem with posting screens of it here. Looks amazing.

Sure, for those with difficulty to read. The thread title is rather self-explanatory i believe. Surely you don't have difficulties to read? Next-gen. And if that wasn't quite clear, it even states which platforms. Go figure.

These Wii U haters never cease to amaze me. Their antics are so blatant, and douchey.
It's like they won't rest until the very last Wii U is purged from the earth, lol.
Some these days are so freaking lame and 'ungamer-like'. Actions like that only reinforces this notion.
I enjoy seeing them in distress, though.
