Love this thread, so good to see lots of different games. PS4 games look so good, pains me to say I'm not getting one until sometime next year

Killzone HUD.
They say they will let you store them on the hard drive/usb drives some time from now. I don't ever use the PS4's capture card for taking screens, I use my own Roxio which in turn gives out far better results.
Ow! Now we are talking! All those compressed shots don't make the game justice, apparently (as I haven't seen it in person). They all look like a compressed aliased mess. This looks way better.

I am mainly interested in art, so Bravely Default is the coolest thing i have seen in a long while
I guess it is next gen graphics, since it uses 3D and is on a next gen handheld

Damn some screens are really looking good, It's making it harder and harder to resist getting a WiiU before Christmas. Looking forward to some XBO shots.

Jesus.. BF4 looks really good on PS4. As an avid PC gamer, I didn't really take them seriously when it was touted as PC @High settings (not ultra). Quite an accomplishment especially with the fluid framerate. I know it's not popular to say here, but I think it looks damn close to KZ:SF..
the 2nd picture looks so horrible. but that could be the side effect of playing it on PC

The thing is...it looks so much better in motion on your TV.
The funny thing is that (apparently) the models have the same number of polygons they had on the GC. Game is downright gorgeous. And dare I say it looks even better in motion? Sailing at dawn is absolutely beautiful, even though you only have miles and miles of ocean ahead of you. The new updated weather system is also amazing.
^ I couldn't tell at all, they look so smooth and awesome, love the style. I don't remember wind waker looking anywhere near this good, although I never got too far with it back then.
Way more modern games should have that sort of style, looks fantastic with the proper lighting and shadows.

Yeah Wind Waker is great. So much screenshot potential in that game.
Also I think most Wind Waker screenshots on this thread (mine at least) are 720p. The actual game runs at native 1080p. Framerate is 30FPS with some embarrasing drops there and there (nothing too severe but there really are parts where you will feel pain).

The only drops I get in FPS are the one that are intentional, like when you cut a tree down or a bomb explodes and et cetera. I'm yet to experience any frame rate drop in normal gaming circumstances.
But then again, I'm not very sensitive to this stuff.
Can't we just share screens without all that hate. Love all the shots in this thread here, always nice to see some cool moments in a game.

Im blown away that so many people have such low expectations of the Wii U. All the games Ive played on it look smooth and clean.
Granted they arent going to challenge One and PS4 technically, but many people seem to have this expectation that Wii U outputs garbage or something.....

Cannon fire battles out at sea will killthe frame rate oddly enough. Otherwise, never had any frame rate jobs, thats the only timeI ever noticed it.

Intentional or not every time I used cannon on seas the framerate dived and it was a lesser game for it. There were other cases but that's the most distracting.

Well, WW looks awesome no two ways about it. Graphically, the shots of KZ and BF4 by Omegabalmung9 are pretty damn impressive.
You really don't have to be sensitive to it with this game because it literally makes the game run at half speed. Try going around the Forsaken Fortress anytime later in the game. The whole thing's a mess framerate-wise.
Took this one last night. Next-gen 2K really is something to behold.
WOW! 2K are really showing everyone else what a sports game on next-gen hardware should look like. All the other sports games I've seen on PS4/XB1 don't even come close to this.

Yeah, next time I'll do that. I was playing the game on the GamePad so the reso was smaller to begin with

That's because of relying on mere numbers when assessing graphical prowess. Wii U is in a pretty bad condition regarding mainstream psychology because of this. That's probably the main reason they should've upped the numbers a bit more still.

On Topic - 2K is getting much closer.
This is an example of why "actually real" is actually more boring looking that "wannabe-real" as I think the game shot looks fancier than the photograph.
Still one of my favorite photos from Pikmin 3.
