Perfect game from Spain. Maybe we were a bit tired at the end, but we swept the floor with Uruguay anyway. Fantastic free kick from Suarez, though.

Based on their performance I think theyre favorites for this trophy.

based on this performance? they are always the favorites.
spain has the wc14 trophy booked
This will be a great tournament, much better than 2010 in terms of quality, hopefully

Spain's coming off one of the greatest international runs in history. Will strike problems continue to haunt them?

Germany's young core from 2010 is now in its prime along with Lahm and Schweini as the veteran heart. They're the favorites in my book.

Messi is going to have the pressure of the world on top of him.

Neymar, Hulk, Lucas Moura, and co. will be allowed to play open.

All that young talent with Belgium will have to show up sooner or later.

And Japan and Korea will have the best offensive talent that they've ever mustered in their history.

Got some pretty crappy seats yesterday, game was good though

Still debating whether I should watch Tahiti v Spain this Thursday

Whole Tahiti population is like a town of the other competitors... this is unfair, I really hope they score at least one goal

Won't be surprised if they finish the group with a goal difference of -30 or worse...

True, but they probably can beat the India national team.

I don't know if that's the case. They're sitting back waiting for a counter and then try to solo goals when there are wide open players. Seems like you'd want to pad your GD with as many goals as possible seeing as Spain will likely take top spot of the group and the second spot will go down to Uruguay/Nigeria.

AUSSIESSSS going to Brasil 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
