The following is a brief list of the changes:

This change is effective for all customers except Las Vegas and Central Florida (Gainesville/Ocala) systems.

And my performance has improved so much, that Wolf ET is no longer playable. I don't know what they've done, but I've been suffering horrible ping spikes since the middle of August.
