YES. I have been waiting, month to month, out of contract, for nearly a year waiting for FIOS to come to Bellevue. I know the same fucking day I sign some other deal will be the day before it happens, too.

Their also testing a 100Mbps tier with some Verizon employees and are stating that GPON upgrades could potentially allow them to offer speeds up to 400Mbps.

I have Verizon DSL 3mbps for $30 a month currently. It's certainly good enough but I want this 20/20 magics in my house.
