Huge Adventure and N-Tranced are both solid games. I preferred Huge Adventure, but they're very similar.
Thanks! I love Crash Bandicoot, but I've become such a handheld gamer over the past couple of years.

Andrew: ‘Bring back Crash Bandicoot? I definitely wouldn’t close the door on that’
“This is very dangerous ground,” Mr House laughs. “In concept, it is something we’ve been thinking about and discussing, and this is a shift for us. We’ve started to say that maybe there isn’t anything wrong with going back and looking at characters that people still talk about, that were a big part of either their childhood or their youth. I definitely wouldn’t close the door on that.”

I wonder if this article is even worth a new thread on NeoGAF..
Unfortunately, the person who interviewed him isnt probably counting Activisions involvement into this possibility of bringing back both franchises, due to both being owned by the same company..
More like they HAVE to convince Activision that it is the right time (See: OneOfSwords) to revive the franchise to even get a new game, if they really think it is a good idea to revive the franchiseNah, false hope ain't worh it.
...and honestly, I'd like to see them take action rather than give their opinion/impressions.
Sorry no Crash : (
We asked. Its not something we can offer for this.

Another example of why game developers shouldn't sell away their own IP's. Ugh.
Did ND even own the Crash Bandicoot IP? Pretty sure it was Universal who owned.
Yes, but they were also under another name in recent years before the Activision acquisition, Vivendi Games/Sierra
Nope. Vivendi/Sierra is Universal Games. Different company. Naughty Dog never owned Crash. Crash was never "sold", Naughty Dog was bought by Sony.
I said yes to the part where he was saying he was pretty sure Crash was owned by Universal
There is already, its just that most people can't bother to look up the fact that Activision clearly owns the entire IP, it is the reason why you still can't have the classic crash games on your PSVita (In the US, not counting the glitch)If there was ever proof that Sony really doesn't own Crash
In a recent interview with the Telegraph, Sony President Andrew House left open the possibility that Sony would revive Crash Bandicoot and Spyro. In concept, it is something weve been thinking about and discussing, and this is a shift for us. Weve started to say that maybe there isnt anything wrong with going back and looking at characters that people still talk about, that were a big part of their childhood or their youth. I definitely wouldnt close the door on that, said House.
I think this is kind of related since we have been talking a lot about Activision and Crash in the last few days..

Maybe they are considering reviving crash for real, since before 2008, Crash as an IP, belonged to Sierra..
They could be considering a different studio too for Crash, I really hope this is it..
How the hell did you get "Sierra is reviving Crash Bandicoot" from a 10 second teaser showing a human being approaching a mountain?
Naw...I dont think anyone even associates crash with Sierra, much less brining Sierra back just for Crash

Sony should just reacquire the right to this franchise and get the developer Sanzaru on the case of creating a new game in the series.
Activision and Sony have been working close lately. I am sure Activision would be amenable to giving Sony the rights for a reasonable sum. Especially since the franchise is just laying dormant right now.
The franchise is worth way more to Sony than it is to Acitvision.

Busy isn't the word for it friends. That's the reason why I haven't been able to attend to my blog. I offer my sincerest apologies and pledge to get back to featuring art and the creative projects I'm involved with as soon as I can.
Meanwhile my buddy Joe Pearson has come to the rescue by providing me the opportunity of showcasing some original Crash artwork he came up with recently. This was done for one of Matt's auctions for the Worthing Boys Club in the UK. Joe calls it "Crash Gordon" playing off of the venerable Flash Gordon sci-fi hero.
As I'm sure many of you Crash fans know Joe Pearson was a major force in the development of the project. He was the creative epicenter of it all. I'm expecting Joe to stop by my school for a visit later today. It'll be great hooking up with him once again.

Honest question what would a new Crash bring to the table that Jak 1-3 didnt
Hopefully it would be nothing like the Jak games. While they're good in their own way, I do not want Crash Bandicoot to play anything like them.
