I'd never say I do parkour because I don't
But when I younger I did watch a lot of Jackie Chan films so I copied a lot of what I saw.
And Jackie Chan was waaaay before Parkour was a thing.
So by my late teens I was doing this sort of stuff easily

And it expanded from there to other silly stuff which included flips or handplants or wall running
I use to have people beg me just to see me do something...
But that whole jumping from one spot to another at silly heights is just stupid.

Can I still do it now?...I don't know, haven't tried
Probably break my neck

People should check out Jimmy The Giants Youtube channel. It covers everything about modern Parkour and it's history. There's a lot more to the sport than just death defying jumps, it's very interesting.
