Man, I love Tokyo Gore Police. A lot of freaky and funny stuff in that. Including:

And, of course, "Snail Girl:"

Finnish soldiers displaying the skins of Soviet soldiers near Maaselkä, on the strand of lake Seesjärvi during Continuation War on the 15th of December in 1942. Original caption: "An enemy recon patrol that was cut out of food supplies had butchered a few members of their own patrol group, and had eaten most of them."
Beksinski's paintings unnerve me to no end. Love 'em.
Also, you might want to quote that image so it's smaller.
Alot of Diane Arbus's pics were slightly creepy:
the hell is this
If by "slightly" creepy you mean freaking creepy you are correct.
I need more info...
Give this man a canvas and he shall paint you HIS world! Olivier de Sagazan is an amazing painter originally hailing from Brazzaville, Congo, but is currently based out of Nazaire, France. De Sagazan’s oil on canvas paintings are simply nuts, and he’s probably one of the coolest contemporary painters that I’ve seen in a while. The way in which De Sagazon renders and manipulates his paint is undeniably skillful, and not to mention, he is also an accomplished sculptor and performance artist.
Yeah, but sadly, only known as the "photographer of freaks." I love her stuff.
(not creepy, but neat)
that was used as album art on an SNFU record
