Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty - Official Cinematic Trailer

Just wanna say it's crazy how dev time for games have become, took close to 3 years just for an expansion now, the game industry gotta find a way to shorten that development cycle.

So once this is done, I wonder if there will be a physical PS5 disk version down the road.
I still regret getting this on PS4. I'd like to give the game another shot, but I'll wait for the dust to settle and see how it is on consoles.

Yeah honestly the patch and the new expansion puts this at a level of excitement that probably exceeds the original game for me personally. And given how Starfield became such a let down, this is more than filling the gap. Also Star Ocean 2 Remake for me next month as well.

I just noticed the thread. This will be a triumph. As I said before, this is skyrocket it is to one of the most exciting releases since probably the original game released for me. I'm in the middle of an early run and I'm saving a lot of it for the patch to hit. In my opinion, they've improved it a lot and while they took a bump in the beginning, this company has too much equity with me and need a couple of catastrophic failures to reach that realm of Bioware or to a lesser extent Bethesda.

For a trailer folks? Get real.

Again, I'll never get hyped or excited for anything they do until its released.

The japanese chick has such an elegant and pleasant design, a breath of fresh hair from modern female characters, she even make that damn haircut work somehow :lollipop_grinning_sweat:

Elba being excellent as usual, do we know if he is an ally or the villain?

That whole Night City Wire was fire.

Makes me jones for a Metro in-game again though....so so weird it's not in the game (thank god for the mod though).

It was already incredible in 2020 on the PS5 and looks even better now. Together with Demon's Souls, it's the only true next-gen game so far.

There's another video that was put out today and looks like they aren't dropping 2.0 and PL at the same time, which is an excellent idea. Haven't played the game since beating it in one of the best "personal" stories I've ever played in an RPG, so will be interesting to see how the game has evolved next Thursday - get some weekend play in and then roll into Monday with PL ready to go (though I've heard it is pretty far into the game).

Sick trailer, been a while since i really enjoyed one! Amazing CGI, and very interesting!

People may whine about gamedevs using celebrities for games but both Keanu and Idris fit the cyberpunk world flawlessly, intense charisma.

Got this game when it came out for ps5 and believe it or not I didn't have too many issues other than a few crashes. I put about 100 hours into it, doing all the side missions and everything.

So now 3 years on it should be like playing a whole new game, especially with the DLC. Probably pick something other than Corpo this time around.

Same, played the moment it released on XBX, no problems whatsoever. Gonna start replaying on my PS5 next week when 2.0 launches.

Pre-ordered the base game and now the dlc with my Xbox vouchers! So cost me a few minutes each morning.

I held off playing the base game and I'm glad I did. Can't wait to play it with all the changes.
