They just 'forgot' to ship a $300 Shuttle case I bought earlier in the week

NewEgg Lady: It didn't come with your monitor?
Me: No. It wasn't even listed on the shipment.
NewEgg Lady: Oh, that isn't right. Hold Please.

NewEgg Lady: Sir, I put a new order through for you. Hopefully your credit card won't be charged.
Me: Ummm, charged? What?
NewEgg Lady: Well these things happen every once in a while...

Blah!! I never had problems with newegg before, but they literally just forgot to ship a $300 item to me.

My GF is calling them up to have them overnight it. I'm not good at being mean on the phone.

Newegg RMA'ed (gave me my money back) an item for me that was exact exchange only. For this alone newegg > all

Newegg screwed up with me once before, but they ended up having fedex come to my house to get the monitor. I let them have it but the manager called and was nice.

Send them a dozen rotten eggs and put a photoshopped newegg logo on it that says "oldeggs". Hehe.

I recently ordered there and got my shipment the next day on 2 day shipping. 'twas awesome. If it weren't for the taxes, I'd shop there more often

Newegg rocks. They may have the occasional screwup but they are the best at fixing problems.

I love newegg....since I'm so close to their warehouse in CA my Fedex Express Saver stuff gets here overnight

Is it possible that it was shipped in two separate boxes? That Shuttle case might have needed to be shipped from a different warehouse than the rest of your stuff. That has happened to me before. I got everything for my new PC on Friday, except the power supply, which didn't arrive until Monday. And the information / packing list won't list any items that aren't included in that shipment. My shipping information made absolutely no mention of my power supply. However, I think I verified that it was on it's way by using the online shipment tracking feature. Check that and see if you have another box on the way.
