I remember sending flowers to someone and while the flowers looked great, it took sooooo long for them to get there. They were supposed to be there at like 2, but didn't get there until like 4:30. Man I was getting worried because she got off at 5. Looking back on that day, I wasted some cash on those flowers. She and I never really took things to the next level and I was out some cash. But she was extremely happy for that day, I guess that is what counts.

I've never had any problems with ProFlowers.com, but you have to remember that they work with local florists so for quality assurance you're at THEIR mercy, not ProFlowers.com's. But, perhaps the florist that handled your order will get dumped. At least you got your money back, and a good excuse to give your woman Just be sure to treat her extra special and she'll forgive you.

I ordered from Pro flowers once, and when my mom got them, the flowers looked all shitty and nasty. I called and found out they ship flowers that havent bloomed yet, so when you get them and they bloom you will be able to appreciate them longer. Oh well, sorry about your order. Thats why I stick with 1800flowers.com
