PSP looks great, but the game selection isn't there yet (same with DS, but at least it can play GBA games). Personally i'd hold off for a few more months, if not a year.
I realize the first is a direct feed but I don't think the second is a true screen shot at all.
I know i'll probably get it regarldess being a Twisted Metal mark.
Fact is the visuals should be on par with twisted metal black because I've seen what psp can do.
1) the first screen is not direct feed, it's a heavily compressed image of a heavily compressed movie that someone filming of the game running off the PSP screen
2) The second shot is a doctored 'AA'-a-fied screenshot that every single other developer in the world (except for Capcom and Nintendo) take
3) from a power standpoint the PS2 can do much more than the PSP...where did you get your info? The PSP might look more impressive because of its screen size, the relative size of the system, and the fact that it is a handheld...but it is in fact doing less than the PS2 in terms of game visuals.
