I've only seen it once but I had a ball with it. Eisenberg is so-so but Woody Harrelson was having a fun time out there and his energy was infectious.

it wasn't the greatest, but there were still some good lines and the game is pretty good if you have a pc/surround sound. Worth it on the cheap for sure if you are a fan of the movies.

I thought the game was surprisingly decent, but I mean specifically Bill Murray's voice-over. It was a total phone-in job. I think he may have literally done it over the phone.

Bob returns and manages to make Richard Dreyfuss murder his entire family by the end of the movie.

I'd buy a 3D ticket to that.

Ghostbusters 3 should have been made in the 90s. The ship is quickly setting sail at this point. It would pretty much have to be a strait up reboot now it's new actors and will never be as good as the original or strike the right balance of comedy, romance, action, and horror.

everyone thought the new star trek would be terrible too.
It was. Of course, I can see how some people were razzle-dazzled by all the lens flares. And don't forget Spock, the passive aggressive little bitch and his awkwardly cast mother Winona Ryder, and shitty slapstick elements that didn't fit the universe, and thoroughly generic villain, and terrible retconning. But hey, it was like, all action packed and shit. Aw yeah.

Star trek was boring but by turning it into a star wars/mass effect movie they made it awsome

Excellent news. Most of Holllywood is incapable of producing
quality movies nowadays, sequels included.

Any "Ghostbusters 3" would most likely be a train wreck and
Murray apparently feels the same way.

Be happy with the recent Ghostbusters game that had Murray's
involvement. That's as close as we'll ever get to a proper sequel.

Should probably not trust the 7-11 security cameras quite so much
Good, there was no way this could have turned out well. They already fucked up with Ghostbusters 2 anyway.

Good news. Two franchises I never want to see another movie get made in are Ghostbusters and Back to the Future. Though, I'm sure both are inevitable.

Ghostbusters is a great franchise. I wouldn't mind them do one with a younger cast and have the old ghostbusters be their mentors or something like that.

...and just because they do a new movie that sucks, doesn't mean it ruins the franchise. Phantom Menace and the prequel trilogy were shit but the originals were still good. Same with Kingdom of Crystal Skull.

I'd rather them try and fail then not try at all. If the movie is great then you have another great entry in a great series. If it sucks then just ignore it.

back to the future will get a remake in 2015 that has a marty mcfly travel back to the faraway times of 30 years ago's 1985, and the far future of 2045.

when marty gets to 1985, 'power of love' will be playing over loudspeakers in the city. and he'll meet a younger barack obama in a cafe.

He has morphed into John Goodman's old body.

Brilliant tweet I saw on that article today

'No reason why they couldn't set Ghostbusters 3 on a golf course'

Wow, both horrible options just let it die. If everyone isn't on board, it shouldn't be done.

The ghost idea was actually Murray's a while ago. Initially he said he'd do the movie if he died in the first 15 minutes and spent the rest of the film as a ghost.

ITT people act like little kids when an actor won't do a film they apparently need. They then pick apart everything the actor has recently done.

Either I made up lies about the Boston Bomber or I fell for someone else's crap. Either way, I have absolutely no credibility and you should never pay any attention to anything I say, no matter what the context. Perm me if I claim to be an insider
Maybe they forgot to turn turbo on.

Wouldn't be surprised now if the studio said fuck you to everyone involved and then proceed to hire all new people to get started on a re-make/re-boot.

It's odd that Murray would lend his voice and likeness to the game, but wants nothing to do with a new movie.

I wonder how he would feel if they went the full-CG route for GB3?
It (kinda) worked for TMNT.
*shrug*

For those who want a GB3, do you truly trust that modern Hollywood can get anywhere near replicating the charm, comedy, and horror of the first two movies? That it won't become a CG fest with nothing but shallow call backs to the original two movies being the only thing propping it up? I seriously don't.

At this point, just kill the movie. Was never going to hold up to the original anyway.

I wouldn't mind this if he did more movies like Lost in Translation but instead he does Zombieland cameo.

It just seems like he's being a dick about it. I love Murray but he has that reputation anyway.

Ivan Reitman and Harold Ramis also don't have the most stellar of recent track records.
