One by one, the members of Future Foundation came to. None of them had any idea how long they had been out for, but the conference room which they found themselves in was decayed and filthy, as if it had been untouched for quite a while.

Whilst everybody appeared to be accounted for, and nobody showed any visible signs of injury, everyone in the room was now wearing a bracelet, each one displaying a different message. As they started look around the room, a large monitor turned itself on, revealing a familiar looking black and white bear.

“Upupupupupu, I am Monokuma, but I’m sure I need no introduction. I’m sure you’re all wondering why I’ve brought you here, but before we go into that, please take a look at this:”

The monitor changed to display a different image:

“Now then, I’ve brought you here to play one last game. A final conflict between Hope and Despair, winner takes it all!”

“For this game, the remnants of despair have infiltrated your ranks. Find them and kill them, before they kill you. You may also have noticed the bracelets you have each been given. Each one displays an action which you must avoid doing under any circumstances. Fail to comply and:”

“Good Luck”

The monitor turned off leaving the gathered Future Foundation glaring each other in suspicion. Could they really have been infiltrated by despair?

18 players starting out. That should be 4-5 scum players in a normal game, though that depends on just how crazy this one's supposed to be. Because it was apparently a hit with the first DR game and also because it's usually a thing, there's probably at least 1 neutral player in the fray.

No sooner had Sophia finished talking, when her bracelet started making a strange ticking noise, a few moments later, and there was an explosion large enough to shake the entire building. When the smoke cleared, nothing remained where Sophia once stood.
