If you manage to buy one, please tell me how you dealt with the address and billing and all that, I'm pretty much stuck there....KennyLinder said:Great, cheers guys! Sweeeet!
TEJ said:WAIT THE GAME IS ALREADY COMING OUT?!?!?
Holy shit man.

Excellent, I'll order mine after you get yours =DKennyLinder said:OK I just ordered. Used my UK Egg card (soon to be Barclaycard!) and during the address section there is a "click here for international customers" link. In that there is a template address you copy and paste into the billing address section. For phone number I used 555-555-555 as my UK one wouldn't work and that was the example they had on the site.
Order went through fine (so far), but I am expecting a call from Egg any second to confirm it - they often do this with international orders which seems like a good thing to me
I'll let you know if/when my code turns up via email.

Wicked! Just placed my order, hope it goes through.KennyLinder said:Code just got emailed to me
J. M. Romeo said:So this version doesn't have the Saturn audio tracks in it? Only the arcade ones?
Trojan X said:Just to make it clear to everyone. The beginner's course music on the SEGA Saturn and Arcade version are different:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPFdCmNGzOE - Arcade version
When you play the game, the Arcade version sound infinitely better and more hyped to the race, and it was something I always felt pain about when I played the SEGA Saturn version when it was first released many moons ago. Thank goodness that the PSN and Xbox360 version of the game uses the original Arcade version music track as proven on this video:

Rain_ng said:Which one did the Dreamcast version have? Arcade?
KennyLinder said:I hope they are having the same control options as the Saturn and Dreamcast versions, Gears are mapped to individual face buttons. Allows for 4th>1st>3rd insta drift
Trojan X said:I seriously hope for a button remap. On my Model 2 version, the mapping are set to the following on the Xbox 360 pad (everyone else should follow this too):
Steer Left = Left Analogue stick
Steer Right = Right Analogue stick
Breaks = Left Trigger
Accelerate = Right Trigger
Gear 1 = Button X
Gear 2 = Button A
Gear 3 = Button Y
Gear 4 = Button B
View 1 = Directional Pad UP
View 2 = Direction Pad RIGHT
View 3 = Direction Pad DOWN
View 4 = Direction Pad LEFT
Coin = Button SELECT
Start = Button START
KennyLinder said:Steer Left = Left Analogue stick

WAT. Tell me you mean Left analog stick, left and right?!
Trojan X said:Well spotted! Sorry, I'll make the correction now. It's the LEFT analogue stick that steers left and right.
KennyLinder said:I assumed that's what it was I did wonder for a second though!
Trojan X said:Freaked me out too. Imagine playing any racing game like that?!
KennyLinder said:Might get inFAMOUS 2 Festival of Blood but I guess that wont work with my UK version of inFAMOUS 2
How did you get your hands on the arcade game?! Aren't these things super expensive, even broken ones?Trojan X said:

Obviously, I was talking about the game data, acquiring and dumping Daytona USA, not the program used to play it on PC...guitarhero said:
bumpkin said:Thought maybe I could download and fire this sucker up on my lunch break, but lo and behold, it's not up on the US PSN yet.
When I couldn't find it, I started to think I was just looking in the wrong area. I went and searched for "daytona" and didn't get any results. I assume that means it isn't up on the store anywhere.Bucket-o-roadkill said:Woa really? I'm really surprised its not been put up yet, it'll be on the XBLA where I am in about 12 hours anyway so that 'day' extra to wait seems more like just a few hours at this rate..
Tomasooie said:It'll be up on PSN in around 3-6 hours.
13-14 hours for XBLA.
Guess I'll be grabbing it tomorrow then. Thankfully don't have to worry about getting more points in my US account because there's $12 left over from a few months ago.Tomasooie said:It'll be up on PSN in around 3-6 hours.

Would be bitterly disappointed if this doesn't have System Link.
Just added 20 dollars to my US account and I am so ready for this X3.General Shank-a-snatch said:PSN EU version not out until late November. :|
