Can my friend easily invade me whenever they want? Could be funNo. It has an 'invasion' mechanic where a real player can join another persons game to try and kill them.
You can disable it if you don't tho.

Not really, as the game involves so much replaying of the same areas already thanks to the loop mechanic, but invading people's games is fun for a while. Is there a lot of replay value in death loop?
The 9.1 was for Ghostwire, but Deathloop was pretty decent. Bought it on the PC.Wtf!?
Wasn’t going to try Deathloop, but reading the description on the store, seems like it could be a good ride (Hades -esque?). Going to download it now.

This is why I love game pass. Otherwise I'd have to buy this game that has little to no replay value. I don't replay games. I beat them and move on. Gp is a God sendThe entire game is based around the premise of constantly replaying it, by the time you actually finish it you won’t want to ever see those levels again
I will probably redownload it tonight to get the extended ending and delete it again
Don't expect Hades. The game is NOT a rogue-like, it's still very much a Dishonored-style assisination game. Breaking the loop is not a matter of grinding up power and gear. You work through the story and complete missions which give you pieces of what you need to solve the final puzzle of killing everyone in one loop. Despite the loop gimmick, it retains a pretty conventional mission and story progression.Wtf!?

You make it sound like this isn't the norm lol. This is why I love game pass. Otherwise I'd have to buy this game that has little to no replay value. I don't replay games. I beat them and move on. Gp is a God send

"Temporal Metroidvania" was a great description I'd heard about it. Gated progression through a time loop.Don't expect Hades. when does this unlock? I thought it said 4pm CET
alright thanksSome places are saying 11 AM Eastern (i-e 3 minutes from now) and some are saying 12 PM Eastern (i-e 1hr and 3min from now).
I like that, that's an interesting way to put it. It maybe telegraphs things a little more directly than most Metroidvanias, because there are actual mission markers when you select an objective, but you have the general idea."Temporal Metroidvania" was a great description I'd heard about it. Gated progression through a time loop.
Do you like shooters? And ones with a timeloop mechanics?I preloaded Deathloop and will try it out when it unlocks. I still have a lot of doubts about this game, it just doesn't look or sound like a game I would like. But it got great reviews, a lot of people on GAF have praised it, it's from Arkane and it's on Game Pass so there's no risk in trying it. I hope I'm wrong and end up loving this game

Reboot required maybe?Deathloop is live on game pass now.
Not sure but give it a shot, its working for me.Reboot required maybe?
I just checked and didn't see it.
It didn't when I played it, strictly 60 performance, 30 ray tracing and uncapped 4k modeThat 120fps mode is awesome. Bounces between 100-120.
Did PS5 have this mode? Google doesn’t seem to mention it.
Guess i’ll be playing this on Xbox thenIt didn't when I played it, strictly 60 performance, 30 ray tracing and uncapped 4k mode
Is it? So many ppl talk about replaying games. I NEVER do that. Rarely do end game stuff either. On to the next one! Thx gp!You make it sound like this isn't the norm lol.

They added it in with the VRR update in April. That 120fps mode is awesome. Bounces between 100-120.

You can adjust subtitles sizeGave it a whirl on cloud and it looks awesome, cant wait to have more time with it.
The text is too small to read on a phone though which sucks. One for the home console.
I will try that - thanks! I couldnt read the options well enough to see that. You can adjust subtitles size
Heads up. People who pre-install the game via GP, you get what would be equivalent to the pre-order bonus for those purchasing the game.
Fixed that for me lol. This is why I love game pass. Otherwise I'd have to buy this game that has little to no replay value. I [get about halfway through it, hit a difficult boss or get stuck mid-level] and move on. Gp is a God send
That was your Deathloop and now you start againPlayed for 20 minutes and game crashed, not good.
