MITB is now on Sky Box Office unfortunately. WWE realised this year's show didn't get as many international PPV buys as they hoped because it was on Sky Sports over here.

Put the MitB match back on Wrestlemania now there's only one belt, cut out the gimmick PPVs and pointless "gotta have a PPV this month!" PPVs. Also, I'm stealing the idea someone here had of putting Night of Champions at the end of the year, so as to potentially shake things up before the road to mania.
Also, here's the PPV schedule I'd like to see;

If this tag team revival continues to take hold, by next summer perhaps it will be healthy enough to try for a Tag Team MITB match, with 4 or 5 teams.

It'll be an interesting thing to see. Also I'd expect at least one team to cash in on just one member of the tag team champions only to find out that both have to be there
Although I won't be surprised if it's just one MITB match in 2014, but in 2015 the newly-unified US and Intercontinental title will have a MITB match, to try and add some prestige to it.

In the WWE I'd probably say Reign's spear. Is feels like a cliche answer, but it actually looks like he's knocking the wind out of someone when he delivers it. I think Wyatt does a good job with the Sister Abigail as well. Its a good question, though. Shows how terrible most finishers in the WWE are.
