Sounds kind of nice. Despite growing up in a Mexican-American household, I never got to try Huevos Rancheros until I was an adult. For those who are unaware, traditionally it's a serving of two fried eggs atop an unrolled corn tortilla and smothered in ranchero sauce (think of it as slightly spicy tomato sauce), with a side of refried beans w/ melted cheese and (sometimes) a side of fried potatoes or hashbrowns all on a single plate. Usually garnished with lettuce, a slice of tomato and/or avocado.
All that rolled up inside two layers of flour tortilla sounds pretty fab.
