I know this probably isn't the best place to ask, but I see gaffers ask for suggestions on just about anything and someone always seems to provide a link with exactly what the original poster was looking for.
With that said, I'm basically looking for a desk + chair solution. What is "new" and/or "hot" in terms of office furniture?
Requirements for desk:
Maximum width of the desk is 76 inches.
I'll be working on a laptop so this doesn't need to be a computer desk.
Drawers would be nice but definitely aren't a requirement. Just want a large workspace.
Requirements for chair:
I've had back pain over the past year and I'll probably be sitting on this chair for several hours each day, so it must be supportive and comfortable.
I'm willing to spend $250 for a good chair and $150 for a nice desk.
