Whelp, filled up my Vault today, all 200 slots. Bah I really need to start figuring out which guns I like vs dislike so I know what I can get rid of instead of hoarding everything. Though as someone on reddit said: "the worst gun is one balance patch away from being the most OP", so I am scared to get rid of anything. I should also get rid of all my purple sparrows and ships I guess since I have 3 exotic sparrows and 5 exotic ships, at least one for each character, but I weirdly feel like I shouldn't trash them, no idea why. Also need to get rid of some shaders I guess, that seems like a waste of vault space, why they made your inventory hold a limited number of unique shaders is beyond me... But again, it is so random how the shaders actually look on things (like random ass shaders making the titan synthocep veins glow) that I hate trashing ones randomly.
And yea, about all this Trials stuff, I accepted long ago that I enjoy playing Destiny solo and with my brother, so I only do content that allows me to queue with 2 people or solo. I'm fine with never doing trials or the raid, at least for now. Tried like 3 weeks of random trials groups in D1 and one week of it in D2, not for me. Did fine, but too stressful to be worth it. Still making it to 305 on 3 characters slowly but surely even with totally ignoring that stuff (and actually fully ignoring the Nightfall so far). Though with how damn close I am to the platinum trophy I may break down and be sherpa'd through the raid and carried to 1 trial win for the trophy at some point. Also since I am apparently a massive hoarder I guess I want to have the trials and raid weapons at some point, but I already ran out of space as is...
