It works but don't think you can PVP with it. They did a cool thing with grenades (left 3rd of touch screen), map (middle 3rd), melee atk (right 3rd), and Super (left + right 3rds) that works great.

Only thing that seems to be missing is the dpad emotes (wave, point, salute, sit)


I used it just fine for the first missing they set you into.

Thanks. I think this was part "hey how do these things work" and part "Goddamn there's a lot systemically we haven't seen yet."

Go there. Then you should be able to apply. You have to have logged into the game first so that the site can see you have permission to access it. Then once I get the request I'll add you. You then have to go to your profile and select to be a part of the clan.

This is one area with the alpha site I think they need to streamline it a bit.

If we do a meet up in the social hub we should meet up in the weird bar looking area below the hangar. There's a keg and some couches in the back in front of some Cabal skulls. :)
 
SO can you co-op in free roam, or are you all alone when on it? DO you get anything out of it, or is it just exploring? Which is the game mode where you can run into some big event and take it on with lots of players?
 
Playing now. I have no idea what I'm doing, lol. Art style is phenomenal, music is great as always. I dunno if it's intentional but Dinklage's lines sound phoned in, almost like they were from a cold reading.

Explore/free roam is up to 3 players (in your fireteam) coop, with other players running around in your world doing their own thing. There are missions to find, chests to uncover, and random nooks and crannies to explore. Public events happen randomly in Explore mode.
 
Ugh at work and all I want to do is play this game!! Thinking of making something other than a warlock tonight once I hit level 8, what class is everyone playing as so far?

If anyone is interested in some fire team action later tonight add me on psn! Industryx-- I'm pretty good at the crucible so let's shred it up! Then jump in fee play and do some missions! Ugh this game though!!

September 9th marks the end of my life with Destiny and NHL 15 (most anticipated games of the year on one day?!?!)
 
So, I signed up during the conference but I forgot the _ in my PSN ID. I just realised this yesterday so I signed up with the right one but it was very late in the process. What are my chances?
 
How does the voice chat work? Does it let you talk to your fire team once you invite others? Or do you need to be in party chat?

When you invite people to your fireteam you can voice chat in game. It does not do any sort of automatic voice chat for you. That's one area that they need to work on somehow.

Word on the street is everyone will get a key, no matter when they signed up.
 
To those that have played the game already.

Does your level sync down to match someone you party up with for CO-OP. Or something like Guild Wars 2 does where you're level will sync down based on what zone you are in.

Hoping they do something like this so friends that play more than others can still party up and not be overpowered for lower level content.
