Shards, schmards. 26 Etheric light is ridiculous. I imagine you have used a lot too. Have you done every PoE and ToO package?

I know what you mean. The amount of Etheric Lights are especially crazy to me. I have one sitting in my vault, too scared to use it because it's so rare :p

Heh, yeah I've done the all the 34 and 35's except the first week and I've done every ToO package on each of my characters each week. Trials is probably my favourite new game mode, which is weird because I've never really liked PvP in this game. And yes, I've Ascended a lot of things. Most of the Raid weapons and a couple useful armours like Raid Heavy ammo boots and the Warlock VoG set. I was really apprehensive about using any Etheric light at first so I've saved up a lot. If you have 3 characters, you can get 9 per week from Trials and another 6 from PoE. I've only had 1 drop from Nightfall since HoW launch, though.

My problem/s were

1. Only ever did 1 weekly strike/week as I only had one character (until recently anyway - now have 3 @ 33/31/27 respectively), thus not too many coins.
2. Never really did Nightfalls due to no match making and not knowning too many folks online.
3. Only just started doing raids but , thanks to the 100, now have a small clan which in turn will help with Nightfalls.

Moving forward - I've done 1 PoE so far but have 2 keys left so need to arrange a few more. Clan got to Gatekeepers in VoG hard so need to finish that off and need to rustle up a sword bearer to do Crota (got as far as the end on normal but just couldn't finish glowy balls off). Enjoy IB so should really attempt ToO at some point as well.

God.....I sound like some dirty casual ;-)

Edit - Oh, I've had 2 elights which I used on my IB gear (hence the 33 Titan).

We're at the 4th reset since HoW launched. Assuming 3 characters:

PoE 34: 3 (characters) x 4 (resets) x 1 Etheric Light: 12 Etheric Lights
PoE 35: 3 (characters) x 4 (resets) x 1 Etheric Light: 12 Etheric Lights
ToO 9-0: 3 (characters) x 3 (resets) x 3 Etheric Light: 27 Etheric Lights
IB rank 5: 3 (characters) x 1 (resets) x 2 Etheric Light: 6 Etheric Lights

So, ignoring additional random drops from Nightfall or chests, completing every activity so far on 3 characters should earn the hardest of the hardcore 57 Etheric Lights since HoW launched less than a month ago. And that's without this weekend's ToO, which I didn't count because it hasn't started yet (hence 3 resets for ToO).

I just play way, way, way too much of this game. I enjoy it though, and I play with a good variety of people who I know either offline or only online. I've met so many wonderful Guardians through this game, it's helped keep me (mostly) sane :p

Crazy part is I'm on Xbox One, too, so I haven't played with 95% of the people who post here, ever.

I like to do at least one Heroic Weekly, because the 9 coins is enough to buy 45 Heavy Ammo synths from Xur, which will usually last a couple weeks worth of everything else I do.

Once you get a steady group of people to play with, you can run through the Raids, Strikes and PoE pretty fast. Tuesdays are a blur for me. I really enjoy helping other people, too, except in Trials, where my stress runs at absolute maximum. :p

I used to go to Xur like he was a high end luxury store, now I only buy telemetries and ammo packs like I'm going to the grocery of my street.

So something is wrong and I'm not sure how to fix it. I made a post yesterday mentioning that the crucible bounties weren't showing up for me. I was hoping that it was just something that would be fixed at reset, but no. Crucible bounties and one vanguard bounty just don't show. But the weirdest part is that this is only happening to my hunter.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what I should do?


Edit: wow I just looked at Eris and she's fucked too. Only 2 faction rewards show and 2 of her supplies are missing.

What the fuck is going on?!

We had problems at work with certain websites, so we investigated a bit: it seems some Internet provider is losing 90% of its packets, so any route going through it is fucked up at the moment...
Just have to wait for things to get better.

You should probably escalate to Bungie support. Doubt anyone here can help. Good luck.

Only thing I would try is deleting the client and reinstalling.

Yeah I might give that a shot. Couldn't hurt. I'm gonna post a picture later today if this doesn't resolve itself. I've looked on Google and Reddit and haven't found this happening to anyone else.

A little theory I have which might be nothing, but I think killing Fallen will shorten the waiting time. In the description it says something about the importance of different Fallen enemies.

I also had to wait for Variks today, so I did the daily which today is one of the HoW stories with lots of Fallens, and after completing it he called for me.
