Olde Garde looking for some gaffers to join. Right now it's PS4 only but i'm not really opposed to opening it up to all if it means more people can join in.

I created it mostly for 25 and older peeps with jobs/kids/spouses/work etc. so we could more easily group together after "adult-time" is over. It's mostly for social fun and clearing PVE content (and obviously clan rewards). The only two rules really are:
#1 - Be kind to each other
#2 - Be as active as your home life allows

For #2, if the clan has hit max capacity i'll look into pruning members if they've been inactive for an extended period of time. But I don't see myself having to do this often.

Bonus points if:
*You have a beard
*You like Dragon Ball (OG/Z/Super)
*You listen to Metal (and all of its numerous sub genres)
*You're a fan of Rick & Morty

We have 305 GAFers in these clans right now, with a split of 220 PS4, 63 PC and 22 Xbox. I've deliberately not included clan size in these cards because I don't wanna discriminate against smaller clans AND I want to believe small clans are viable. Don't prove me wrong, Bungie.

FYI if anyone is torn between all the delicious clan options- Sherpas Under Duress (SPUD) is the de facto evolution of the School of Hawk from D1 and will be the banner under which I run newbie raids in D2.
Of course, anyone from any clan (and even filthy clanless peasants) will be welcome to join newbie raids at any time, but if you are interested in running them on a regular basis and especially if interested in helping run them as a sherpa yourself, we'd love to have you!

It also has open membership so you are free to move about the cabin and rejoin with a click at any time.

Hope we can have at least another 3 years of meeting new guardians, and walking them to guardian lords, or the equivalent for Destiny 2.

I think most of the carry over stuff may have already finished. You could try to complete the age of triumphs book to see if you get any emblems for D2 when it launches, but as far as I know that ship has sailed.

Not sure if the trophies are tied to anything meaningful. I am guessing it has more to do with bungies own internal data collection.

I wouldn't suggest straining yourself on an unknown.

The lore implications for some of those trophies are really exciting.

Leviathan has links with The Fundament and the Worm Gods (largely believed to be Ahamkara), so we could be in for a wild ride here. Maybe the Cabal drilling across the system unearthed something? I believe there's lore to suggest the Nine have/had a presence below the surface of Titan...

I'd bet that the Osiris DLC narratively follows on from two plot points from the end of D2; the death of the Speaker (pure speculation on my part) and killing whatever the Leviathan. IF it's a member of the Nine, maybe we will see Europa and the Jovians?

So hyped now. Hurry up and get here.
