Hard on lvl 29 even with max weapons can be a tough battle especially the atheon fight since the enemies in the portals can shred you to pieces in no time. Hard at lvl 30 with max weapons is a cakewalk.

Both the above scenarios assume you have a competent experienced team

Also, damn the numbers of this game have plummeted ridiculously...
