Okay, we're from Germany, Poland and UK.
No extraordinary strategies, running everything normal should work.

I didn't really get the timeframe from the UK guys. They said 20, but they're an hour behind in their timezone. So we might not be starting until 21, but try to be online at 20

If you mean you've never done the VoG before you shouldn't join a team doing the flawless raid. But I'm afraid we're full anyway.

No. Now if you were to run normal first then hard you'd get the double loot rolls but if you do hard first you can't get anything until the weekly refresh. Same goes for CE when hard mode drops.
