I think I may just give up on the Bungie site for the day. I've applied to DGAF main twice today and the request seems to just disappear over time from my messages list. The EU request has stayed, however I now currently cannot request for the main DGAF again right now as the button is gone.

No idea how to tell whether you had been accepted or not either as clicking the groups only brings up a list of groups I could ask to join.
