I think it is Bungie's servers. The clan tags aren't even showing up despite me choosing a clan.

So how do I join up with my fellow clan members. At level 5 right now..

Send requests to people on the list. Make friends. Arrange games. We hardly know how clans function ingame at the moment.

It should let you set it. Bungie's website has been getting hammered today, so that could be why. Give it a bit then try once more.

That was the original group that formed. Due to high numbers of requests we had to branch off into regions/time zones.
