Ok everyone there is some initial confusion about the clan caps and the new regional groups. So - each group can only support 75 members for each platform. Obviously that is nowhere near enough for DestinyGAF to handle. So, new, smaller groups will be formed based on region (and regional timezones in the case of large continents). Each of these groups will be joined with DestinyGAF as part of an alliance, so we will all be part of DestinyGAF as a whole, just people will be in regional clans.

So here are some basic instructions on how to get started:

1) If you are new and you have not yet joined DestinyGAF, go to the following web page, apply and then post here that you have joined DestinyGAF. http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Detail/100661

2) If you are now a member of DestinyGAF or were previously before today, you can select to join one of the following regional clans. Please once you put your application in, again post below and state what region you applied for.

Ok, put in a join request for DGAF NA Central. (Spend time in Utah and Nashville, both of which are sort of right on the line)

Well, after seeing the map AND paying attention to all the names, I've left NA Central and instead requested NA Eastern.

Thought it was timezone based, my bad.

That's what I figured. Only other way would be to get increasingly specific with the Clans which would be a lot of work.

Any chance Bungie changes the limit? Although the number of Groups with this problem is probably small
 
Trying to request an invintation to the DestinyGAF group but it keeps saying I already have a request pending even though I cancelled it and tried doing it again. Can anyone confirm my request for that group?

Not sure is anyone has asked this, but the bungie site states im not a member of clan even though I have been accepted into both groups, does this fix on its own?

Once you are in a group, you can designate "PS Clan" or "Xbox Clan" but each Group can only have 75 of its members designate it as their clan. I think.

I'm confused
