I don't really get how the clans work.. I joined the EU clan and assumed this would mean I'd be able to see fellow clan members in the roster tab so I could jump into their games, go on raids, etc, but I can't seem to find any way of locating clan members.

Do I still need to add random Gaffers to my PSN to team up? I wanna go on the raid!

Thinking about it, PS3 players can't play with PS4 players.
So why aren't they all in one group otherwise they end up in one where they can't play with the other people.
