How does he compare to the legendary Tex Murphy?

I still can't believe they just colour-corrected all the shots in deep blue for the "nighttime" shots. Straight up Mad Max'd that shit.

Wow, really? Mind blown.
That's pretty cool.
Almost the entirety of the game (including casting/filming) was done with a budget of 3,000 pounds.
It's absolutely nuts.
You don't ever have to spend a cent to get dozens of ace badges, and the bunny is totally cool with that (as opposed to the American Streetpass bunny who tries to guilt trip you into buying, screw that guy). It's fun to pop the app open just to see what the bunny will come up with this time, apparently his grandmother was a bounty hunter like Samus and he has a crush on Animal Crossing's Isabelle. The bunny freaking rocks, EA wishes their devil was a tenth as cool.

Contradiction's Kickstarter page was also mindblowing, yeah. £4,010 with only a two week funding period. A real oddity.
It's thanks to 156 people, plus the dev team, that Contradiction exists at all. Really amazing stuff.

Yeah, I noticed it immediately because I've recently been watching some old movies where that was standard procedure.I still can't believe they just colour-corrected all the shots in deep blue for "nighttime" scenes. Straight up Mad Max'd that shit.
Man, that's a small budget to work with. £4,010 = $5,981USD, and with only 156 backers too. SteamSpy shows that they've sold 16,474+ copies plus there's also the iOS version. So at least they made a profit even if it didn't sell huge amounts of copies.
