I'm half-ok, half-not with this. I'd say that on one hand it doesn't pass the racism sniff-test - excluding white people is problematic, and what do they do about diverse companies that have creators of multiple races including white? On the other hand I'd say this is a lot more helpful for people of colour in the industry than a canned statement, hashtag and twitter logo change - ie it's actual action rather than virtue-signalling.
