I like the no talent graphic whore Style best.
Hoho.
Royal Guard is pretty cool.
Hohoho!
As you can tell. Each style has an immense amount of depth, mostly that's unseen at first.
If you notice the swordmaster technique video, you'll see that as well.
Trickster, essentially allows you to stay in the air forever if you know how to teleport and jump off the enemy.
Royal Guard lets you kill a bunch of enemies in a second. And many of the bosses within a minute.
The properties of Royal Guard you want to learn are "just-guard." Which means to press O at the last second (the point of impact).
Do this a few times to fill up the three orbs on the top left of the screen. That means Dante has a fully powered 'release.' Now, you 'could' just do a regular release (R1+Foward+O), but the fact of the matter is doing a "just-release" is all that more better. The difference from a release and a just-release is doing the release at the exact instant an enemy attacks you. Perform R1+Foward+O at the last instant, not only do you do massive damage because you stored the energy before, but the damage is even further multiplied because it was a 'just' attack. Now, doing this--in about 5 seconds you can nearly take off (I'd say about 9/10's) of a Hell Vanguard's full health. Royal Guard is definitely the strongest style once you master the game.
Videos obviously speak more than words.
So, here are the following websites that you might want to look at:
www.thehandvseye.com (all boss fights, cutscenes mission walkthroughs etc., in video format)
http://babildo.brinkster.net/videos/other.html (you must watch the Panda Attack Combo vids)
http://www.ntsc-uk.com/feature.php?fea=TechniqueDMC3
Those are the one among many, there are a lot of clips released everyday, and I haven't even seen all of them to know the really good ones. Although handvseye does update with the site with a lot of other videos made by other people.
