Devil May Cry HD Collection and Devil May Cry 4 SE are now available on GOG.

Is it compatible with mods? I know a Steam update for HD Collection broke a lot of stuff. Many people had to manually roll back to the previous version.

The time has come
And so have i

5's may be a better game but i ended up playing 4 more. It's art direction still absolutely gorgeous at times.

It's great it's on GOG but i already played so much on PS that i have no desire to replay them. Maybe when 6 gets announced i'll get excited and do it.

5 is awesome! It's a return to form after Ninja Theory's DMC questionable game.
Dante and Vergil are awesome in it. Nero is good too.
What i didn't like was to play with V and the art direction becomes monotonous, at some point levels start to look the same.

I'd just installed that on Steam too, what's broken?

Huh, I didn't see this thread last week, but I thought this would probably be a big enough deal to get a GAF thread. Good.

I bought DMC4. HD Collection's still not a great port and I'd personally rather stick with the originals. But DMC4 is great on PC. Capcom's MT Framework games like this and RE5 had such an incredibly clean, pleasing look to them that has allowed them to age better than just about anything else from that era. I still think they look good.

There is an issue with the PC version of DMC4 SE to be aware of, which is that some people running the game on newer operating systems at certain resolutions above 1080p are encountering a crash at launch. This was the case in the Steam version, too. GOG is working on a fix at the moment, so there is that to consider.
