I don't think we have to worry about Capcom screwing up another DMC game, it's quite obvious they know what works having put out DMC1 and DMC3.

Since we're not talking about just one forum or a series of boards covering a specific topic, comparisons to GAF and Gamefaqs are all off. 2ch covers everything from earthquakes, news, manga, current TV programs, social debates, piracy, freeware projects, anything under the sun. All of it ORGANIZED too, so organized and detailed and it has its own navigator programs developed to navigate and post on 2ch like newsgroups.
Hell, that's the best comparison ever in fact, 2ch = Japan's version of newsgroup servers except web-based and easily accessible for anyone with Japanese knowledge. It covers every topic any Japanese would ever be interested in, and you will find rumors, news and hoaxes on anything there.

Duckroll is right, 2ch is fucking fantastic and I'm regularly invited by my Tokyo amigo to participate BUT I DON'T KNOW JAPANESE. Anyways I'm regularly linked there and I do my best to translate the small bits and pieces. It comes off (and I'm told) that it's an awesome community.
Devil May Cry for the PSP will be fucking fantastic but I'm more interested in what they plan on doing with the camera and save system. This is a portable so that US DMC3 difficulty/save system bullshit won't fly here.

After entering, you will find all the topics that are covered listed on the left frame, arranged by categories. Clicking on each topic will open the threads and listings on the main frame. There are no pictures and it's all in Japanese text. On a web browser it's a bitch to navigate and find any information. You can get navigator software which will make viewing MUCH easier. I use Gikonavi personally. It's pretty much impossible to just "scroll around and look for information" like most people do with Japanese gaming news sites and blogs though, so if you don't understand any Japanese I really suggest you not bother.

I find that hard to believe, but eventually when several game developers state that piracy in Japan is nowhere near that of US/China, and even residents of Japan say similar...gets me confused.
I mean, sure no matter how unpopular it is or isn't, there still might be a board for it...
Although you may mean "music" or "movie" piracy as opposed to game piracy.
As it's much easier to pirate music/movies. And the "Loader" over there requires the actual game, unlike the released version here.

Basically, you mean to say a more combat driven Symphony of the Night would be the perfect DMC for PSP...I'd agree.
