So was the translation project not completed? I'm a purist, I'd rather try playing this in original form on PSX instead of having to buy a 3DS. (Not a fan of gaming on handhelds anymore)

Gideon Zhi announced in October that he would be dropping his translation since "it's out on the 3DS and there's not much point". There is also an open source project for translating the Saturn version although it's not finished yet as far as I can tell.
