At higher torment levels, it appears that defense is a bigger concern than before, so mythics like Tyrael's Might may become more attractive.

Defenses are not that clear anymore to me. The thresholds are probably still there, but now I have to check if increasing amor or resistances are better for thoughness, or check how much damage each are mitigating.
So much has changed, that I can't yet say if it's better. It's different. It's fun currently - as it was re-discovering stuff with Chaos Armor - but time will tell if it will hold up better.

I have it on Series X digitally but never redeemed it. Or is it too late to jump into the series?

My intention was to let the next man(or woman) enjoy it on their account.

Yes, that's a big problem in readability/clarity right now. I'm not sure what the benefits to this change are.

I mean, here they are talking about why they changed it in the first place. Now they're reverting it? Super weird.

I don't think there is any such thing as jumping in too late. I didn't play Diablo 3 until quite a bit after the original launch and had a blast.

If you are coming into the game now you are going to have a lot of fun if you like ARPG's. Endgame is a bit shallow, but there is still loot to find and there is always the challenge of trying to make a better build than Rentahamster

The whole 'D4 Bad' meme is a very popular content farm on social media. The game certainly has had flaws but I've still enjoyed it and the game has definitely gotten better. I like bouncing between D4 and the other ARPG seasons over time, I have enjoyed POE, POE2 and Last Epoch as well.

I did it to some items and there are some good outcomes but you can bork the item if an essential affix is replaced.
Also you can't do anything to the item after that, not even add sockets. Maybe you can still masterwork it but I didn't check.
This will be something the top players will go for but I'm not sure of the "normal" players. Maybe there should be a way to revert the result once?
Most of my tries resulted in an indestructible item, though.

is DoK bugged/op, then? Because I just threw in some affixes after I got lvl 60, copied paragon from a different build by mistake (lol) and even though I can be killed sometimes by those "shadows" (swords, enemies, floating thing), everything is dying fast and I'm doing pit 75 (not sure if I tried highter yet). I switched to DoK+poison trap and even though there are incorred affixes, I still kill everything pretty quick. I even killed Azmodan WB by myself in T4 while an anon just kept dying. I don't like seing the numbers and never remember to take a look so I don't know how much damage I'm actually doing

Dance of Knives is bugged. The "chance to do double damage" for that skill keeps applying and stacking on itself.

So, I just found out you can buy veneration scrolls using infernal warp. I had about 40k left after upgrading everything and managed to get my second character from rank 15 to 26 plus an extra cache.
