Reverse gyration spotted:
-The fishing man, pulls harder than expected
-Sword fighter 'stopped' in mid air
-the shooter, the gun has recoil
Would be too cool if reverse gyration was in.

can you blame them though? analog stick stolen, rumble feature stolen.PhoenixDark said:Utterly pathetic. Instead of giving us some more details or news that could respond to the Xbox 360, Nintendo tells us to wait until E3. Wait. People are tired of waiting for Nintendo.
To this day I still don't see why Nintendo couldn't show off the controller at E3 2005. After seeing the controller, does anyone here actually think MS or Sony are crazy enough to "steal" that idea? If Nintendo truly believed MS and Sony weren't competition, they wouldn't be so secretive about the system's unique features.
Why can't they reveal the system's true name? Why can't they give us some small details on the online service or the Virtual Console? It makes no sense.

I'm willing to bet thats why we didnt get a controller at E3 - it was still only a concept at that point.
We got it at TGS beaucse thats simply when it was presentable enough - and why no develoment really started for Rev prior to that, and why no third parties had actual seen it.
Can't have any leaks if you don't have anything to see!
Also with the specs, I believe that article someone psoted earlier saying IBM is just finishing up the chips now. And "showing it to Nintendo." Can't release specs if you don't have them yet, ya know?
They are just really far behind schedule - or even on schedule, but their own timeline - maybe they really ARENT trying to compete with Ps3/360 and are simply going at their own pace.
No games to show because really, nothing is ready. We dont even know actual development has started yet. I mean, we all thought SSB has been in the works for months - According to Iwata at E3, it had been.
But we just find out yesterday development is JUST beginning to start?
They probably have absolutely NOTIHNG to show us at this point - thats the reason we haven't seen aynthing. I'm willing to bet the same for the Crystal Chronicles, Metroid, etc games they "announced" at E3 also. That stupid GameCube demo of M3 was probably, really, all they had.
Nintendo is just trying to spin all this into one big mystery, when it simply boils down to they have an empty head, not a loaded deck. Yet.
No, it's been confirmed for near a year now that the discs will be of higher capacity than standard discs. Probably for piracy/propietary reasons.Unlimited4s said:is this old?
Which kind of storage medium do you think the Revolution is going to use? Since I've read great things about Sony's Blu-Ray disc.

The Revolution will initially use a proprietary disc standard developed between Nintendo and Panasonic. It uses 12 gig capacity discs. However, with a hardware attachment planned, it is quite possible more DVD standards will be supported in the future.

I said a while ago that Nintendo doesn't have any real roadmap. Rather, they work based on a tacit common understanding of direction, and have some common thoughts ("We need to do something different"). Then, based on a rough direction, they start to brainstorm stuff that either makes it or doesn't. This is why bizarre, unpredictable and occasionally brilliantly innovative things come out of Nintendo. It's also why they are unable to say anything substantial about their future developments. They announce them once they are done. Before that, they are clueless (case in point: Super Mario 64 2).
Please elaborate.Ultra Magnanimous said:The complete opposite to that is the actual truth.
