Shoutmon was a fine man - a total bro. Sure he needed his General to Xros, but even alone he is one heck of a Digimon. He's a hero to his comrades, and even got the respect of Greymon. His goal was to be a digimon king, and after fighting the bad guy, he fucking becomes one!

Ookami-kun, now that I'm actually sitting down and watching Xros Wars, I rather like Shoutmon. I still think the Xros designs are too busy and kind of guady, but he's cool people. OmegaShoutmon is awesome.

Eeh, Frontier is so criticized... but with good reason.
The strange thing is that it's the only series where it seems to be a sort of a love affair, between Takyua and Zoe (remember the scene in Nefertimon castle).

I put Frontier over 02. As a whole, I had more fun watching Frontier and I actually cared about what was going on. With 02, I was pretty much going through the motions after the Digimon Emperor arc ended.
Frontier's Japanese opening was cool too.

I always say this, but it's a lot easier to appreciate the story of Frontier if you treat it as a Super Sentai/Power Rangers series instead. It was actually epic, especially when you get to the end, where the heroes STILL got their asses kicked despite having all the cool upgrades.

...And I'd have an idea about a crossover: the enemy forces made experiments of transforming humans in Digimon to use their secret forces, but the Digimon they created obtained to become a good one thanks to some of its human memories, even helping Tai and some of the older Digidestined to fight them. Then, the enemies come to the real world, even stronger due to some resurrections (Devilmon) and in the meanwhile, after 10 years or so, Sailor Warriors come back to fight due to a new alien invasion, and during a fight with them, it is discovered that Sailor Moon was the human captured and transformed in Digimon after a long mission in the Lunar Future, mission in which two Sailors and his boyfriend disappeared, because in her there's a conflict between her human and digital nature, much more brutal...

The shows made him like a Level stronger than he should've been. Always found that kinda funny.
Yep, barring some of the made-up stuff, there's a lot of mythology and stuff referenced with a lot of Digimon. Weren't the 7 Demon Lords supposed to also be based off the 7 Deadly Sins?
BTW, what the hell was with the idea for Chaosmon? Some sort of weird "evil-ish" Omegamon? Or something else? UltimateKhaosmon looks like it could be like a Final Fantasy final boss.
