I agree though. It is a fantastic album. Plainsong is a beautiful opener. Shed some tears when I unexpectedly heard it in Marie Antoinette back in '06. Like no shit, goosebumps all over.
Chris Ott's reworking of Wish, using new mixes and swapping out some of the album tracks for superior b-sides, is one of the best things I've gotten a hold of.
Pornography is a fantastic album, but I feel like the production shows its age a bit. I much prefer the live versions of the songs - the Trilogy DVD is a great starting point for that as it has all the songs in the same order as the album.
