I know this topic was probably covered before, but a couple of quick searches didn't return relevant threads... I need to convert divx anime episodes to SVCD (any reason I should go for standard VCD instead?), what's the best/quickest way to do it? Will I face any annoying problems on the way (audio codecs, whatever)?

If you have the codecs to play the file installed, Winavi will by far be the easiest, fastest way to convert the files. It'll even hardcode soft-subs for you automatically if there are any.

if you have nero you can just tell it to make a vcd/svcd, drag your divx files onto it, and hit burn.
