Does anyone else have this problem on Metroid Zero Mission with the SP+?

When I play Metroid Zero Mission on my Pearl Blue SP+ it seems like the bright colors slightly fade in and out when moving(sometimes changing color). This has happened through the whole game thus far. Right now I just got to my ship near the Chozo Ruins and the purple backgrounds I walk or jump on appear with a thin red line outlined around them, but the red line quickly disappears once I stand still. I am playing through Astro Boy and Metal Slug Advance too, but neither of those games have this type of problem. Could this be due to the oversaturation of color on the SP+(only this particular game), a ghosting problem , a blurring problem or a refresh rate problem? I was wondering if this happens on the Micro as well? I dont really consider this a glitch or a severe problem since I have only encountered it with one game, but it is slightly annoying once you notice it. Anybody else experiencing this slight visual annoyance with their SP+?

I just let the game play through the demo reel before you press start at the start up screen and it absolutely happens throughout the whole game judging by the demo reel. Would anybody else be willing to check their SP+ and their copy of Metroid Zero Mission to see if this happens to them?

I popped the game into my SP+ and noticed that the "Red" outline around the background graphics was indeed brighter than it is on other SP/DS systems. You're talking about the outline that typically appears around the underside of floors and backgrounds, right?

For me, it doesn't fade in or out when I move, so it's not obnoxious.

I put the game into an older SP and into my DS (wanted to see if Metroid Prime Pinball gave out a goodie anyway) and notice that on both of those systems the red outline is a darker red... so it blends in easier.

Perhaps the SP+ has the red cranked up more than other SP/DS systems. It isn't so obvious on other games because so few use dark red as an outline color.
