I played this penguin game so much back in Asia and I don't think it was ever released in the states. The game is a series of racing and puzzle mini-games featuring two metal-punk-mohawk-rockstar penguins.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I want to say the title is something like "rocksteady and bebop" but i think that's my tmnt obsession talking.
