Watch Hillary emote. She has just as much control over her facial expressions as Trump, I'm positive either of them could stop themselves from smiling, laughing, crying etc in any situation that demands it.
This is normal for politicians and businessmen tho. Not sure if it's a signifier of sociopathy or just good self-control, but a) there is a much higher rate of sociopathy among the wealthy and powerful than in the general population, and b) sociopathy doesn't necessarily make someone a poor leader.
If Trump was able to control his thumbs as well as he controls his face I wouldn't be so worried! Oh well, I guess the twitter schtick has worked well for him so far.

Eight years. Kanye said he wouldn't run against Trump.
I fully intend on voting for Kanye West (without even a shred of irony) either way in 2024 but I strongly hope that he runs as a republican. A black republican presidential victory would end the political sorting that started during the Civil Rights era for good, and after Trump nothing is impossible.

Look, I agree there is anti-black race-baiting from republicans (especially foodstamp/welfare dogwhistling.) Imagine if every black person that voted for Obama in the 2008 primaries registered as a republican to vote for Kanye West, and he won. Would the anti-black race-baiting continue? Fuck no. Republicans would realize their constituency has changed and step in line.

Valid point. I think from a position of trying to change minds, though, the perception of him getting a pass is nearly the polar opposite for each side. I think most examples you'd give to them about Trump getting a pass would be met with an at least equal amount of counter examples since we are mostly looking for what we want to see.

Yes, I understand that you feel that way. I'm not even arguing that it's a wrong sentiment. I'm arguing that we (Republicans) are in a good position to end anti-black sentiments in the GOP for good and potentially end political sorting. Wouldn't it be better if both parties were genuinely competing for the black vote instead of one taking it for granted and the other writing it off as unattainable?

I've heard people say the only reason Obama won is because people wanted a black guy in, completely disregarded anything good about Obama. I don't want to actually have Kanye in just because he's black, which is what it would be, I don't believe he's worthy of president. I want someone actually good for the job with experience, enough silly disruption joke candidates.
Already have to deal with this crazy person for possibly 8 years. I'd rather not have another one.
