Hillary has already been voted into office at that point. He is talking about a specific set of people to take action after the voting process has ended, the 2nd amemendment folks specifically.

Given the fact that he's also playing fast and loose with these casual "the vote is rigged" talk, any sane person should know better than to start adding casual "second amendment solutions" talk on top of it.
This is dangerous talk regardless of his chances of winning the election. He can still be a threat if this is the path he wants to take in losing.

unless he thinks the 2nd amendment means literal bear arms and thinks that bear arms could be enough to scare the supreme court justice into not accepting the nomination because of a deep seeded bear fear, i have no idea how else they would spin this.

I think this indicates the opposite, actually. A plant wouldn't go as far as saying something that increases the chances of another democrat getting assassinated.
Combine this with a poll from 2 days ago in NC where a third of Trump supporters polled thinks Hillary is the devil, nearly half says they say the video of 400 million being exchanged for US soldier hostages and 40% thinks Acorn will steal the election for Hillary and bad things can happen.
